Can a foreigner own 100% of a company in Qatar?
Yes, in most activities. 2,389 of the 2,718 activities on the Single Window allow 100% foreign ownership. We check yours before you start.
Can I set it up without coming to Qatar?
Partly. Planning, checks and documents start from home. Without a Qatar ID, signing happens at a Single Window centre, with an embassy's help, or through a power of attorney. We confirm the route for your case.
Do I need an office?
Not for the Commercial Registration itself, but you need premises for the commercial licence. A smart office in our centre covers this where your activity allows it.
Is there a minimum capital?
For a W.L.L., the law sets a minimum of one Qatari riyal. Banks may expect a realistic amount, and we advise you on a sensible figure.
Do you arrange family visas?
No. We handle work visas and residence permits for your employees.
